@theDistillery: SUNDAY - Kami is an accomplished singer, songwriter, trumpeter, pianist and just a sweetheart of a stage presence. Along with NRBQ founding member and bassist Joey Spampinato, Morphine drummer, Jerome Deupree and Sensible Shoes bandmates, Tim Utt on guitar, Barbara Blaisdell on organ/vocals, Kami wow’d us in their 1st performance at the Distillery earlier this year (not long after their SXSW debut). They are being joined this time by the legendary and always a hoot Chandler Travis. Among Travis’s many other credits - he toured the country multiple times as the musical opener for George Carlin.
